About the hat!
I made this design for a fan tribute art. And gods it was a pain-staking bastage. It took literally 2 days. I have never dropped "ears" (in this case gills) below the brim-line and it TKO'd my little Janome sewing machine.
So I have no working sewing machine 2 days before Ota-lite

ANYWAYS

This hat has some cute features:

Long Arms _{are the hats' tie strings}

Hand Painted Face _{for an adorable derp expression :3}

Firlly Gills_{Little snipped gills n fin for added detail and cute}

Crazy semi-seamless gills with extra-wide spacing_{hardest pattern logic I've ever done}

Custom Seamless brim With tail _{I added a tail to the back of a hat omg}
