_{This is a part of my "Kawaii Cliché" button families. I wanted to take the most popular overused and done to death kawaii things and stab at putting them in my own style. My faces are all 100% pop'n music inspired I'm not gunna lie. Kawaii buttons are in no way original or unique but the creative approach is :3 It's kinda like Rule #34 but it's: If it exists, there is Kawaii of it.
Some of these designs I made years & years ago but most are new for otafest. Trying to add price variety to mah vendors booth really... I don't take these very seriously, just for fun.}

One of the ways I made my "kawaii Buttons" different from the next booth over was to offer them in Families. That is with one main 2^1/4" button with 3 back-up matching 7/8" micro buttons. I chose the smallest button size to buy as I think in littler is cuter ^^ Plus you can do more things with tiny buttons: like put earring backings on them, hair pins, decorate watch straps etc.

Another way I made my "Kawaii buttons" different from the next booths over is I used my abbreviated realism style I do for everything (hats, drawings etc) instead of just plopping out a vector. I also use things like shadows, texture, reflections and gloss effects thats lacking in the typical kawaii style. I like draw the object on my tablet, them chibi it down. Hours of Work=Fun times.
